November 23, 2016ST. LOUIS, MO – (February 1, 2016) – Mississippi Lime Company announced the formal appointment of Bill Ayers to the additional title of Chief Executive Officer of Mississippi Lime. Since 2012, Bill has led the day-to-day operations of Mississippi Lime as President and Chief Operating Officer, growing the business through operational excellence and responding effectively to market dynamics. Under Bill’s leadership, Mississippi Lime has grown substantially and he has continued to establish the company as a market leader.
Bill has been with Mississippi Lime since 1999, and has held progressively responsible roles in Sales and Operations. Prior to joining Mississippi Lime, Bill held commercial and general management roles at IMC Global, Akzo Nobel, Potash, and Duracell. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
Mississippi Lime also announced the appointment of Mike DeCola, Chief Executive Officer of HBM Holdings, to Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mississippi Lime Company. His appointment comes in addition to Mike’s day-to-day operational role as CEO of the parent company, HBM Holdings.
Additionally, Mississippi Lime announced the appointment of Morgan A. Coggin (Ames) and Drew Heckman to its Board of Directors. Ames currently serves as Vice President, Business Development Group at Wells Fargo Advisors. He received his BA in English from the University of Virginia and his MBA from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Drew is an Advisory Specialist at Cox Enterprises Inc. He received his BA in English and History from Davidson College in Davidson, NC and his MBA from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.
