We’ve got to be honest…

Integrity. Of our core values, this one is at the top of the list. There’s a reason for that.

Integrity gives credibility to our other values. A value is a commitment and there is no commitment without integrity to back it up.  And there is no integrity without honesty.

Acting with integrity does more than make us feel good and win us the admiration of others. It is more than the right thing to do. It is critical to the success of our business.

Businesses are built on trust. Our customers trust us to provide exceptional products and deliver them on time. Our fellow employees trust us to be honest and reliable. And, the community trusts us to follow through with our promise to be responsible citizens who are committed to the safety of our employees, and a reliable partner in making our neighborhoods better places to live.

If we lose the trust of any of these groups, it will be very hard, if not impossible, to win it back.

There is no trust without integrity. Not just integrity as a company, but also as individuals. If the community and clients don’t trust us, they won’t trust our company.

We have worked hard to create a culture where integrity is part of our business, and we can be trusted to be honest on an employee and company level. It requires a commitment from all of us at every level.
